Tate Modern Trip //

I feel like I should start off by saying something obligatory like ‘first post on the new blog’. Anyhow this is my second blog because of an unfortunate dodgy URL that wouldn’t change. After an eventful 4 hour coach journey down to London, we (two art classes) finally arrived at the Tate Modern, after being dropped off accidentally at the Tate Britain, doink.

As we drove through the centre of London I ended up taking dozens of pictures of buildings. I think the architecture in London is amazing, I particularly like the white  and glass buildings with open space.

The blue circle marks the spot where Jose de San Martin stayed. He was there for a few months in 1824, NW1 Park Road 23.

Then we made our way back home at about 4pm but didn’t make it back until 10 because of a road accident…. .-.

There were also some insane views from the balcony on the Tate

I haven’t been to London in so long, last time I went I remember feeling like an ant with all those people around me who seemed to know exactly what they are doing (although that was a long time ago and I remember that I was such a country kid back then that I was shocked at the idea of public toilets that you had to pay to enter lol). London is an interesting pace I don’t think I could spend too long there but it is good to visit. Awesome photos.
